Delivery Policy

At Social Flows, every website is custom-designed and developed specifically for each client. Because every project is unique, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the website and our current workload.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after all required information, content, and payment have been received.

During busier periods or for more advanced projects, delivery may take 7–14 business days. If this applies to your project, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Delays

Project timelines may be extended if:

• Required content or information is not provided on time.
• Additional features or revisions are requested.
• The project scope changes after development has started.

Website Launch

Once your website has been completed and approved, it will be published or transferred according to the agreed delivery method.

Support After Delivery

Every completed website includes 14 days of free support after launch. During this period, we provide assistance with minor changes, technical questions, and bug fixes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
