1. Our Services

Social Flows provides custom website design and development services tailored to each client's business needs. Every project is created based on the information and requirements provided by the client.

2. Payments

Payment must be completed before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

3. Project Process

After booking a consultation, we will discuss your project requirements and provide a custom quotation. Once payment has been received, development will begin.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, branding materials, content, images, and any other resources required to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may result in project delays.

5. Revisions

We work closely with every client throughout the project. Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope are included before the website is approved and published.

6. Support

Every completed website includes 14 days of free support after publication. During this period, we provide assistance with minor adjustments, bug fixes, and technical questions.

Additional work requested after the support period or outside the agreed project scope may require additional fees.

7. Refund Policy

Because every website is custom-designed specifically for each client, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

8. Intellectual Property

Once the project has been completed and full payment has been received, ownership of the completed website design and agreed deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock assets, or licensed content remain subject to their own license terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Social Flows is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. While we strive to deliver reliable and secure websites, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or results.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
